SOFTWARE DEVELOPER/ANALYST

The software developer will be in Indianapolis, Indiana, developing in one or more of the following: C#, ASP.net, Windows Forms, HTML5, Javascript/Frameworks, and MS SQL Server. With newer iterations of our software, there will be the opportunity to branch off into other environments and languages as new projects arise.

  • Execute all phases of the software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
  • Work closely with other members of our team including Development, QA and Support to provide the best possible software for our customers.
  • Responsible for managing his/her time to complete all assigned tasks and make any roadblocks known in our short morning developer scrum meetings.
  • Responsible for keeping the source repository up to date with the latest code changes and also providing developer-level documentation of any new features or products as they are created.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly motivated, successful candidate with excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, highly motivated, and eager to support and train customers. The successful candidate will work from our Indianapolis, Indiana office and will need to be able to not only learn our software products inside and out, but also excel in training and supporting our network of dealers and end customers.

  • Provide top quality technical support to customers and dealers.
  • Present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers through email, phone calls, and web conferencing.
  • Identify, resolve, and communicate customer and product satisfaction issues internally for resolution.
  • Perform problem analysis. This includes the appropriate referral to other service areas, follow-up, testing, troubleshooting and the identification of bugs and enhancements. As a part of troubleshooting, you may be responsible for reproducing the client's environment, suggesting workarounds, and working with the Development team.
  • Log all support incidents so that recurring problems are reported to and tracked by Development.
  • Contribute FAQ content to the product knowledge base for our customer self-support website.
  • Identifying opportunities for "refresher" courses.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking successful candidates with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality who is highly motivated, and eager to demonstrate our products. The chosen candidate will need to be able to learn our software products inside and out for a consultative experience with our dealers and customers - either remotely or onsite. This position will offer time in the office, which includes conducting web presentations, providing sales support for our regional sales managers and value-added partners. Occasional mid-week travel may be required. You must enjoy working with a team and have the drive to build a career, not just maintain a job!

  • 2+ years sales/training or related experience
  • Ability to work efficiently individually as well as be a key component in a team environment
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written skills
  • Comfortable understanding and explaining software products
  • Strong problem solving skills and be able to adapt quickly in fast paced environments
  • Typical Duties Include
  • Working with (and being accountable to) the outside Sales/Territory Manager
  • Conducting web presentations/software demonstrations to prospective dealers and customers
  • Writing proposals/quotes
  • Calling and checking in with our dealer and customers

  • Delivering technical/sales training to new dealers and clients
